Ronald McDonald House Families Had Blast at Globetrotters

Families from the Ronald McDonald House joined Sports Boosters for the Dec. 30 Globetrotters game at 1st Mariner Arena, for a fun-filled pre-holiday night out.


Before matching up in an exhibition game against Select Elite with participation in the national championship on the line, families were able to participate in a VIP meet-and-greet with players where they took pictures and got autographs with the newest members of the Globetrotters squad.


The score didn't matter, but the crowd was thrilled by the antics of such players as Ant Atkinson, Dizzy Grant and Hi-Lite Bruton, who led the charge on the court. And fans also saw the return of hometown hero, Too Tall. The 5-foot-2 guard played at CCBC Catonsville before joining the Gobetrotters.
